Debbi Lake has been a member of the Boulder Adventist Church since early 1980.
Debbi spent her school years in Minnesota and is a graduate of Maplewood Academy. She then attended and graduated from Union College, which is where she met her Colorado-raised husband, Steve, and where she and Steve married in 1977.
Debbi and Steve moved to Boulder when both were working at Boulder Memorial Hospital in early 1980. Debbi then worked as the Boulder Adventist Church secretary from 1983 to 1991. Over the years she worked for the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research in Boulder as a Web Developer, and for Centura Health as a Patient Access Representative in Westminster, CO.
She was a member of the Boulder Junior Academy/Vista Ridge Academy school board for six years, and church clerk and member of the Church/Vision board for over 30 years. She and Steve have three grown children, all born in Boulder, and she now has returned to the church office as Office Manager.
