Genesis 37, 39 - 50

Teacher: Won Huh

The final section of Genesis tells the story of Joseph, a favorite for many. It reads like a suspense novel so enjoy the reading! Despite all that he went through, Joseph doesn't show bitterness nor revenge (or does he?). Joseph turned out to be a man of integrity and forgiveness.

Did God orchestrate everything – both good and bad – or was God with Joseph through thick and thin?

“The Lord was with Joseph” is repeated multiple times. It showed through and others noticed it and others were blessed by it. Is this what God had in mind for Abraham’s descendants, the Israelites and now the Christians?
